Shipping policy

Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx Ground. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery FedEx Ground typically delivers within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your shipment directly at fedex.com using your tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at art@ergohome.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with FedEx to resolve the issue promptly.
