Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Time & Rates
- Domestic Shipping (within India): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned with original packaging

- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased on clearance or sale

Refunds

Shipping Charges

- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
